When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 5–10 days to fulfill an order. The shipping time depends on your location, but for US addresses can be estimated as: 5–7 business days. Due to the pandemic some fulfillment times may be slightly longer than usual.

Where will my order ship from?
All orders are currently fulfilled in Tulsa, OK by the artist.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● First check the tracking information included in your order confirmation email, be sure to also check for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with me at contact@tomshotta.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
it will be at your own cost.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via the email confirmation when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line at contact@tomshotta.com

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
If the product you ordered arrived damaged or is incorrect quickly, email me at contact@tomshotta.com with photos of the mislabeled/damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order and I’ll ship a replacement ASAP!

Returns Policy

What’s your return policy?
If upon receipt you do not like the product for whatever reason, feel free to notify me at contact@tomshotta.com within 3 weeks for a full refund.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Yes, although we include all sizing info on the product descriptions feel free to reach out within 3 weeks of your initial purchase if you want to exchange your print at contact@tomshotta.com. Include your order number, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

TOMSHOTTA does not accept returns of used soft goods, such as t-shirts, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items should be submitted within 3 weeks. The return address is set by default to our studio. When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment may be returned to our facility. In this case, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Any shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility will be reshipped once the address and delivery date are reconfirmed with the customer. Non-responsive unclaimed returns may get donated to charity/ resold after 4 weeks of no follow-up contact.
