Park and National Palace of Pena – Sintra on 35mm film
I booked a microdose adventure in Sintra and this is how it went…. I arrived to Sintra at 9:30AM on a misty morning to meet up with my guide for the hike. After we all got acquainted at a nearby coffee shop, Martin, our guide lead us through a group meditation and intentionality session, and then we hit the trail. The rain hit us about 5 min into the hike and didn’t let up for the remaining 6 hours. We trekked throughout the National Park and Palace of Pena, stopping at the Miradouro de Santa Eufémia, Temple of Columns, and a couple other lookouts before concluding with another group meditation session back at the starting point.
